What data we process

This website has no forms or user accounts. We only process the data you give us when you contact us by email: name, company, contact details and the content of your enquiry.

When you visit the website, the hosting provider may log technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to run the service. We do not use analytics tools or cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

• Answering your enquiries and preparing the quotes and orders you ask for: pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Managing the business relationship with customers and professional contacts: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not send marketing communications by electronic means without prior consent, except to customers about products or services similar to those they have purchased (art. 21 LSSI-CE). You can object at any time.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as the relationship or the handling of the enquiry lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. If no business relationship follows, we delete it within two years at most.

Recipients

We do not share the data with third parties unless required by law. We use these providers to run the service:

• Hostalia (Spain): email.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting. Technical browsing data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to[email protected]. If you believe we have not handled your request correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.
